The short, plain-English version.

What I collect, and why.

When you fill the contact form, I see your name, email, company (if you add it), the category of work you picked, and your message. I use that information to reply, scope the work, and remember the context the next time we talk. That is the only purpose.

When you message me on WhatsApp, I see your phone number and your messages. Same purpose, same scope.

When you visit the site, my analytics see standard browser data: pages viewed, rough location, device type, referrer. No personally identifying data unless you submit it via the form. I use this to understand what content is useful, nothing more.

Who sees your data.

Me. That is it. I do not have a sales team to pass leads to. I do not sell, rent or share your information with marketing partners. If we start working together, I may add your data to the tools I use to run the project (a CRM, an invoicing tool, a shared workspace). Those tools are listed and named at the start of every engagement so you know exactly where your data lives.

Cookies and analytics.

The site uses a small set of cookies for theme preference (light or dark mode) and basic analytics. No advertising trackers. No third-party retargeting pixels. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.

Your data, your call.

You can ask me to delete everything I hold about you. Send the request to contact@abhilashbabbili.com and it will be done inside 7 days, with a written confirmation. You can also ask to see a copy of what I hold. Same address, same timeline.

Children.

This site and these services are not for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not send me personal information.

If this policy changes.

I will update the date at the top of this page and, if the change is meaningful, I will email anyone with an active engagement. No quiet edits.
