Not a wrapper around your website. Scoped flows, a real backend, integrations into your CRM and payments, a store launch, and maintenance through every OS update.

Scoping and flows

What the app must do, who uses it, and the screens to get there. Drawn out on paper before any code, so the build solves the real job.

React Native + Expo build

One codebase, iOS and Android. Native-feel navigation, offline handling, push notifications. Expo means over-the-air updates without waiting on store review.

Backend and API

Node.js and MongoDB, or wired into your existing system. Auth, data sync, the API the app actually runs on. Built, not bolted on.

CRM and payments integration

The app reads and writes to your CRM, takes payments through Razorpay or Stripe, fires WhatsApp and push notifications. It lives inside your stack, not beside it.

App store launch

Apple Developer and Google Play setup, store listings, screenshots, review submission, and the back-and-forth with reviewers. I handle the launch, you own the accounts.

Maintenance and updates

OS updates break apps. On a retainer I keep it running through iOS and Android version changes, ship new features, and monitor crashes. Off retainer, you own the code and any developer can pick it up.

The real questions before building an app.

React Native for almost every business app: one codebase, both platforms, faster to build and cheaper to maintain. Fully native earns its cost only for graphics-heavy apps, heavy device-hardware use, or apps where milliseconds matter. For a CRM app, a customer app, or an internal tool, React Native is the right call.
A focused v1 takes 6-10 weeks after the spec is signed off: build, backend, integrations, device testing, and store submission. Bigger scope takes longer, which is exactly why the scope step exists, to cut the v1 down to the one job that matters.
Both. An app without a backend is a demo. I build the Node.js and MongoDB backend and API alongside the app, or wire it into your existing system. They are designed together so nothing breaks at the seam.
Yes, that is usually the point. The app reads and writes to your CRM, takes payments through Razorpay or Stripe, and fires push and WhatsApp notifications. An app that does not touch your real data is just a brochure.
I do, including the reviewer back-and-forth that trips most people up. You own the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, I run the submission and listing. The accounts staying in your name is non-negotiable.
On a retainer I keep it running through OS version changes, ship fixes, and monitor crashes. Without a retainer, the code is in your GitHub and any React Native developer can pick it up. You are never locked to me.
