Service · Web Development Hyderabad

Web development in Hyderabad that ships in weeks, not quarters.

Most Hyderabad businesses end up with a website built by someone who is good at design but slow on code, or someone who is fast on code but never thought about how the site converts. I do both. Hand-coded HTML, CSS and JS where speed matters. WordPress where your team needs to update the site themselves. Custom Node.js or React where the site is a product, not a brochure. AI-augmented so the timeline is measured in weeks, not quarters.

The kind of websites I actually build.

Not 12-week design exercises. Working sites with the SEO already wired, the forms already going to your CRM and the analytics already firing. Pick the build that fits your business.

1

Custom hand-coded sites

HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript. The fastest possible site for marketing pages, founder portfolios, project microsites. No framework overhead, no bloat.

2

WordPress builds

Block-themed WordPress, not page-builder bloat. SEO-clean, content-team friendly, secure. The right choice when your team will publish weekly.

3

Custom Node.js + React

For product sites, dashboards, login portals, anything that needs real state and real integrations. Next.js or Vite, depending on the build.

4

E-commerce

Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built. Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), inventory, abandoned cart, the lot.

5

Mobile apps

React Native with Expo. iOS and Android from one codebase. Used in the Koiner CRM mobile app and the IVR capture app.

6

AI-augmented build

Claude, Cursor, and AI-assisted scaffolding cut the build timeline in half. Everything still hand-reviewed and tuned. Faster, not lazier.

[ 02 / Process ]

How a website build actually runs.

01 · SCOPE

One conversation, one page.

A 45-minute call to understand the business, the buyer, the conversion goal. The day after, you get a one-page scope: pages, structure, stack, timeline. If we are not aligned, the project does not start.

02 · DESIGN

Figma in week one.

Mobile-first design in Figma, two rounds of revisions, your sign-off. The design is for converting, not winning Behance awards.

03 · BUILD

Live build, in the open.

You see the staging URL from day one. Commits land daily. SEO, schema, Open Graph and analytics are wired from the first commit, not bolted on at the end.

04 · LAUNCH

Go live, hand over the keys.

Lighthouse score above 90, training session for your team, code on your GitHub. After launch, one month of touch-up support is included.

Three shapes a build can take.

Site audit + plan

~2 weeks

Performance audit, SEO audit, conversion audit on your existing site. Written priority list. Fix it yourself or bring me back to ship.

Sprint build

4-8 weeks

A marketing site, a WordPress build, a project microsite, a small e-commerce. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, ships to production.

Custom build

8-16 weeks

Product sites, dashboards, custom Node.js + React builds, mobile apps. Scope is per build; we walk through your business before quoting.

[ 06 / FAQ ]

Questions founders ask before commissioning a site.

WordPress when your team will update the content weekly, you need a blog and editorial flow, or you want full self-service. Custom code when the site is a sales tool that needs to load fast, integrate with a CRM, or do something WordPress plugins cannot do well. I build both, so I pick whichever fits your business, not whichever pays more.
Hand-coded HTML, CSS and vanilla JS for marketing sites where speed matters most. Node.js, React or Next.js for product sites and dashboards. WordPress (block-themed, not page-builder bloat) where editorial flow matters. React Native with Expo for mobile apps. Shopify or WooCommerce for e-commerce.
Target: under 2 seconds on a 4G connection, under 1 second on broadband. Lighthouse score 90+ across performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. If a site does not hit that, it does not ship.
I use Claude, Cursor and other AI tooling every day. Faster scaffolding, cleaner refactors, AI-assisted content. The output still gets reviewed and tuned by hand. AI shortens the timeline; it does not remove the operator.
Yes. WordPress sites come with admin training. Custom sites come with a simple content management layer (Sanity, Strapi or a custom panel) so your team can update copy, images and case studies without calling a developer every week.
You do. The site lives on your domain, your hosting account (Hostinger, Vercel, Render, AWS, depending on the build), code on your GitHub. I help you set it up. If we part ways, the site keeps running.

Tell me what you're building.

A short note on the business, what the site is for, and any reference sites you like. I'll reply within 24 hours with a one-page scope and the build timeline.
